We only charge a commission negotiated with you in advance in the event of a successful job placement.

In this way, we can help you find the best candidate for your vacancy anywhere in the world. Of course, we can also help you with the official formalities. If required, we will be happy to organize the travel of your applicants from Germany and abroad as well as accommodation/apartment at the place of work.

A recruitment agency works like a broker, therefore the brokerage law of the German Civil Code (BGB ยงยง 652 ff) applies. Job & Personal is entitled to a commission upon successful placement and conclusion of an employment contract. The amount and due date of the commission, a guarantee period for successful placement and a clause if the employee leaves the company early are stipulated in advance. Recruitment agencies work with highly sensitive data, which is why data protection is a very important issue to us. We will only forward applicant data and company data with the express permission of the respective party. All data is stored securely in our system and is used exclusively for the agreed purpose.

Job & Personal uses several methods and strategies to find suitable candidates for your open positions. On the one hand, we have various cooperations with universities and educational institutions abroad to approach graduates or students. In addition, we find our applicants through active sourcing (searches in professional networks such as LinkedIn, Xing, etc.), as well as in various databases and in our own applicant pools with profiles of previous applicants.
Job & Personal advertises very intensively on popular social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. with corresponding job advertisements. Of course, we also use AI-supported matching systems that analyze CVs and job advertisements to find the best matches for you.
