Questions about our website Job & Personal

For you as an applicant, everything is free of charge at all times. This applies both to registration on our platform and a job placement.

You will save a lot of time and effort because you only have to register once to apply for all future job vacancies that we place. Our contacts to various companies will increase your chances on the job market without you having to make an effort. The aim of all this is to find your dream job with our support.

One of the main reasons is certainly the laborious recruitment process. Job & Personal pre-selects potential candidates, saving the company valuable time and money.

Your data is subject to the strict data protection guidelines of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany. Job & Personal treats all applicant data as strictly confidential and only passes it to interested companies with your explicit authorization.

With a recruitment agency such as Job & Personal, applicants are placed directly in a permanent job. Temporary employment agencies (employee leasing), on the other hand, conclude an employment contract directly with the applicant and the applicant is “loaned” to various companies for specific periods of time.

Integration and life in Germany

In general, life in Europe is no different from life in other countries. In most cities, the infrastructure is often much better developed than in rural regions. This applies above all to local public transport, medical care and cultural and leisure facilities. In rural regions, however, cohesion between people is often better, and neighbors often know and help each other with minor or major problems in everyday life.

In Germany, compulsory contributions for pension insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance are deducted from the gross salary you have agreed with your employer. Half of these insurance contributions are paid by the employer and half by the employee to the respective insurance companies. You should take this into consideration when negotiating your salary.

The Skilled Immigration Act (FEG) came into force in Germany in mid-2024. This is intended to make it easier for skilled workers with vocational training and people with practical professional knowledge to immigrate to Germany. The entry options and procedural steps are explained on the webiste www.make-it-in-germany.com/de/. Of course, we will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during this time.

Germany offers a wide range of integration services to enable immigrants to participate in social, economic and cultural life. These include language courses, integration courses and vocational language courses, as well as various services and projects for integration into the German society. You can find more information on these offers at BAMF - Federal Office for Migration and Refugees - www.bamf.de.

Usually, government offices are available from Monday to Thursday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and on Fridays usually until 12 p.m. Most public authorities require an appointment for a personal visit.
